We're pleased to welcome Frank Soa to erbas™ | erbas™ SUSTAIN as an Associate | Hydraulic and Fire Engineer.

With more than 30 years of experience, Frank has delivered hydraulic engineering solutions on some of Australia and New Zealand's most significant projects, including the Royal Hobart Hospital Redevelopment (TAS), Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre Refurbishment (VIC), Melbourne Metro Rail - New Underground Stations (VIC), Optus Stadium (WA), Adelaide Oval (SA), Shangri-La Hotel – a landmark twin 60-level, 5-star hotel and apartment development (VIC), and Perth Airport Terminals 1, 3 and 4 (WA). His extensive experience across healthcare, transport, aviation, commercial and major infrastructure further strengthens erbas' capability to deliver practical, high-quality engineering solutions.

Frank is passionate about delivering practical, buildable engineering solutions that make a real difference to the communities they serve. Throughout his career, he has also enjoyed mentoring the next generation of engineers and sharing the knowledge gained through decades of project delivery.
