Aged Care Round Table Lunch

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for the Aged Care Round Table Lunch yesterday, hosted by Lincoln Merlo from erbas™ | erbas™ SUSTAIN and Doug Hunt from ClearVue.

As part of our strategic collaboration agreement, announced to the ASX in 2025, it was a great opportunity to bring together leaders from across the sector for an open and engaging discussion about the future of aged care.

We explored some of the key challenges and opportunities facing the industry, including operational efficiency, workforce pressures, technology, sustainability, rising costs, and the evolving expectations of residents and their families.

A recurring theme throughout the conversation was the importance of looking beyond upfront costs and considering whole-of-life value, resident outcomes, and the long-term performance of our facilities.

Thank you to everyone who generously shared their experiences, challenged thinking, and contributed to such a valuable discussion.

There is clearly much more to explore, and we look forward to continuing the conversation.
