Insights from the WELL 2026 Summit

A fantastic milestone to share from the WELL 2026 Summit in Sydney!

Dr Jane Lai and Aditi Abnave represented erbas™ | erbas™ SUSTAIN, presenting on Caulfield Grammar School’s TL01 Building and the integrated approach to wellbeing, sustainability and building performance that supported the project in achieving its targeted WELL Gold Certification.

Jane and Aditi also highlighted the importance of having a clear and shared vision between the client and project team from the get go when creating healthier, high-performing buildings, particularly in educational environments where the spaces we create can have a meaningful impact on the wellbeing and experience of students and staff.

The Senior School Building is the first secondary education building in Australia to achieve WELL Gold Certification, setting an exciting precedent for healthier, more sustainable learning environments.
