Nightingale Ballarat

Ballarat is undergoing a large population growth and the council wants to entice people to live in the city centre and be part of the climate solution. The Nightingale project perfectly fits this ambition.

Nightingale Housing is a not-for-profit, carbon neutral organisation and this is their first regional project in Victoria. The project includes one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, a shared rooftop garden and community room, and a café and office on the ground floor. The project is powered by solar and 100% GreenPower and the building achieves an 8+ Star NatHERS rating. The materials used are recycled and locally sourced when possible.
