Delivered under a Design and Construct procurement model, the project required close collaboration between the design and construction teams to coordinate revisions to the architectural and structural design while supporting efficient project delivery.

The revised design introduced changes to the apartment layout, additional residential accommodation and significant structural modifications, requiring the building services design to be reviewed and coordinated to ensure integration with the updated building form.

Working closely with the project team, our focus was on providing practical, coordinated engineering solutions that support constructability, statutory compliance and efficient delivery.
