This mixed-use development transforms the historic Edwin Davey & Sons flour mill in Pyrmont into a vibrant space featuring 136 modern apartments. Highlights include a naturally ventilated communal atrium, a ground-floor café, and a shared gym.
The project comprises two interconnected buildings: a four-story structure integrated within the heritage façade and a 10-story structure rising above it.
Designed around a network of interlinked atriums and voids, the complex maximises natural light and airflow while fostering a sense of community and engagement among residents.
