The four-star hotel is an 11 storey tower with facilities including 117 contemporary hotel rooms over three levels with another three levels featuring 32 serviced apartments, resort-style pools along with a ballroom, function and conference facilities, restaurant, bar, day spa and gymnasium.
This is a major boost for the greater Illawarra and Shellharbour region as the hotel will also attract business tourism through conferences and events.
