Antara Living is the first high rise apartment building aiming to achieve a 6 Star Green Star rating. The complex is designed to bring the community together and utilises sustainable materials.
The project will deliver 125 apartments, ranging from one, two, three and four bedrooms including penthouses, situated across 15 storeys and the three basement levels will provide parking for residents. Austino will provide 14 units for affordable housing.
The project was awarded ‘Design Excellence’ by a panel of experts led by the NSW Government Architect.
