11 sustainable apartments reused an 1930's brick warehouse and focuses on low waste and 100% green energy which is supported by solar power integrated into the building.

BREATHE and DREAMER
Originally a textile factory, the façade was preserved to allow the building to contribute to the feel of the suburb. Materials used were locally made and recycled where possible with a target minimum 70% of construction demolition waste diverted from landfill. The building has a high-performing thermal envelope averaging 8 Stars NatHERS.
