Parramatta East Public School

erbas™ are supporting the delivery of the new Building R at Parramatta East Public School, helping create modern and sustainable learning environments for the Parramatta East community.

The project includes the construction of a new three-storey education facility featuring an administration hub, library, support learning hub, outdoor learning spaces, and 24 general learning areas. External works will also deliver a new school entry, landscaping upgrades, onsite rainwater storage, and broader site infrastructure improvements.

Designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating, the development incorporates a strong sustainability focus through passive design principles that optimise natural daylight and reduce energy demand, alongside high-performance building fabric and energy-efficient systems. The project also integrates water-sensitive urban design initiatives, including onsite rainwater reuse to reduce reliance on potable water, as well as low-impact material selections aimed at minimising embodied carbon.

Our team is providing Sustainability Design & Consultation services across design finalisation and construction, helping ensure these facilities are ready for Term 2, 2027.
