Lindfield Village Hub

Comprising a purpose-built library, community centre, and childcare centre, along with public spaces including a plaza, park, and open areas, as well as residential apartments, an underground supermarket, retail tenancies, and basement parking. We were engaged by Ku-ring-gai Council to prepare Design and Construct documentation for all building services, enabling the Council to appoint a Development Partner to deliver the largest urban renewal project in its 100-year history.
