We are delivering building services for the Horseshoe Bend Community Hub, a vital piece of social infrastructure for the growing Charlemont community.

Located next to the future Horseshoe Bend Primary School (opening Term 1, 2026), this integrated community centre will feature:

  • A kindergarten for up to 132 children
  • Outdoor play areas
  • Maternal and child health rooms
  • Multipurpose community spaces including a community garden
  • Amenities, car parking and parks

With Charlemont’s population expected to grow from 6,000 to nearly 18,000 by 2041, this hub will help ensure families have access to the early years services and community facilities they need, right where they live.
