Korumburra Community Hub

The hub includes a 24-hour library, community house, the historical society and the local council's customer service desk.

It also provides multipurpose rooms, a computer training lab and kitchen for community activities such as performances, wellbeing programs, workshops, training and education.

Environmental benefits were included in the design such as sensor activated blinds, double-glazed windows and solar panels. Preserving the existing trees and the hilly location were challenging but have benefitted the final design with beautiful views from the two floors of the building.
