The Hilton DoubleTree on Flinders Street was expanded to include additional rooms across new levels. erbas™ was appointed to facilitate the demolition scope, coordinate services, and deliver all building services design, reticulation, and construction-phase support. The project was completed by Chroma Group in May 2019, with erbas™ collaborating alongside iWolff, Woods Bagot, and TTW.
