erbas™ were pleased to be involved in the refurbishment of the Aiden Hotel, providing mechanical, hydraulic, and fire engineering services.
The project transformed an existing interwar building into a boutique hotel development with an approximate floor area of 2,000 sqm across eight levels plus a mezzanine. As part of the redevelopment, the original top floor was demolished and replaced with two new levels to expand the hotel’s accommodation offering.
Works included a new hotel lobby, restaurant and bar, 88 hotel rooms, and a dedicated loading area, delivering a contemporary hospitality destination within the Pyrmont precinct.
