We consulted on this project to assist in making it one of the first to secure financing under Commonwealth Bank's Green Loan initiative, which allows existing buildings to improve their environmental impact whilst undergoing refurbishment. 

The building has reduced its operational emissions by over 30%, improving its NABERS rating. The original mechanical infrastructure was upgraded to a new VRV system,  allowing tenants to enjoy better air quality as well as benefitting from improved heating and cooling.

The refurbishment has provided tenants with a stylish ground floor lobby, café, end of trip facilities and revitalised office spaces.
