Designed to complement the area’s boutique character and vibrant streetscape, the six-storey building features ground-floor retail activating Bay Street and Knox Lane, with five levels of premium commercial workspace above. The sculptural façade defined by travertine-clad columns, scalloped bands, and articulated vertical blades responds to the historic precinct while establishing a strong architectural identity for this prominent corner site.
Spanning 3,170m², the development delivers flexible commercial spaces designed to maximise natural light, ventilation, and views towards Guilfoyle Park. It also incorporates underground parking, EV charging infrastructure, and high-quality end-of-trip facilities.
erbas™ | erbas™ SUSTAIN provided mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire and ESD engineering services, supporting the project’s target of a 5 Star Green Star Buildings certification. Our team also delivered hydraulic construction documentation for Inflow Plumbing Pty Ltd to support project delivery.
