Guest Lecture at RMIT

Guest Lecture at RMIT

Kretheka Natarajan Rajeswari and Dr Tony Lam from our SUSTAIN team were invited to deliver a guest lecture for the School of Property, Construction and Project Management at RMIT University earlier this month.

They shared with students the approaches and strategies to implement and embed sustainability over different stages throughout the lifecycle of building projects. Case studies focusing on NCC Section J compliance, sustainable building certifications (Green Star and WELL), building physics and decarbonisation were discussed. A great exchange of ideas took place in the session.

We believe sustainability plays a key role in the success of projects. Clear identification of projects’ sustainability visions, adequate stakeholder engagement and coordination, and the right technical capabilities can facilitate a great sustainability journey with project teams.
