erbas™ designed the nearly-complete, highly efficient building services for the new beer garden, kitchen, pub, gaming rooms and boutique apartments for the Village Belle Hotel redevelopment in St. Kilda at the famous intersection of Ackland and Barkly Streets. The development will boast a new glycol-chilled water system to cool every bar fridge, cool room and keg store from a concealed internal glycol-water loop. Energy recovery is provided on the air conditioning systems with free cooling when the conditions are right, energy logging, system automation, lighting controls, central hot water, rain water harvesting and irrigation and of course the simple end user BMS interface.
