The engineering design includes sustainable waste management initiatives such as roof water collection for toilet flushing and car park water collection for use in the vehicle washing bay. Other ESD initiatives include solar hot water and 10kW PV system for power generation. The building accommodates around 50 staff, 174 cars and 98 trucks.
