47 Permas Way Warehouse

This 5,400 sqm warehouse at 47 Permas Way, Truganina, Victoria, includes offices, showroom, storage, and amenities. The project’s major challenge was accommodating the large building volume and the storage of combustible materials, requiring high-hazard fire sprinklers with dedicated fire storage tanks and pumps. Working closely with building surveyors and fire safety engineers, we optimised the design to deliver the best outcome for the client.
