The prime location is in close proximity to the Port of Melbourne and Melbourne CBD. Situated at 416 Somerville Road, the refurbishment took an existing four-warehouse site and consolidated it into three warehouses all within the parameters of the latest National Construction Code (NCC).

As part of the project concept we prepared the option for a multi-site centralised fire services delivery strategy.
 
Testament to the added value of the site was the 75% occupancy prior to practical completion.
