The building is aiming to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Design and As Built v1.3 rating, and 5 star NABERS through measures such as reusing materials, rooftop solar, green power, energy and water monitoring systems, rainwater retention for landscape irrigation and daylight harvesting.
The 90 year old building is a heritage site and was a former factory. Many elements of the former factory were repurposed including over 20,000 bricks.
