The IKEA Marsden Park site is situated within the new Sydney Business Park precinct which is a master planned mixed use commercial precinct covering 265 hectares. The overall building footprint is 28,000 sqm with 800 on grade car parks and it will be IKEA’s first single level store to be built in Australia.
