Our scope included mechanical, electrical, fire, and hydraulic services for this brand-new space.

The mechanical design focused on cost-effective HVAC solutions from the base-building provisions to maintain optimal air quality and thermal comfort across dynamic zones, including play areas, party rooms, and staff facilities.

Electrical services encompassed lighting, small power, fire alarms, and emergency systems - all designed to enhance safety, functionality, and energy efficiency.

Hydraulic services addressed public health requirements, including drainage, water supply, and sanitary provisions, to support the commercial kitchen and amenities.

We worked in close collaboration with the client, landlord representatives, and the integrated fitout sub-contractor team to deliver fully compliant, on-budget systems that create a fun, safe, and comfortable environment for all users.
