The state of the art facility involves hi-tech AV System throughout, including a media wall to be utilised during major emergencies and media releases. The project included a ground level under-croft carpark and approximately 3,000sqm of office space.

The building will house 300 people over 8,500 sqm area including 130 car spaces, main entry, 3 storey atrium, internal voids, IT Workshop, site based café and open plan offices. The facility achieves 3 Star Greenstar (Interior Fitout) and 4.5 Star NABERS (Tenancy).
