Cliff Sambell Pavilion

erbas™ were appointed directly by the City of Kingston through an ongoing engineering panel agreement to provide mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire services for the new pavilion at Gerry Green Reserve.

The project entailed complete demolition of the old pavilion, new services infrastructure to the site, reconnection of the oval lighting, connection of the existing oval irrigation system to new underground rain water tanks feed from the rooftop of the new building and passive ventilation through operable louvres to the change facilities. The facilities include commercial kitchen, function room, offices, gym, training and change rooms.
