What attracted you to join erbas™?
erbas™ really stood out to me because of its genuine commitment to sustainability and its strong focus on valuing and believing in its people. I loved the balance of technical excellence, innovation and people-focused values, it feels like a place where good ideas are encouraged, and where I can contribute and keep learning.
How do you see ESD and sustainable design evolving over the next 5–10 years?
I see ESD becoming far more data-driven, holistic and embedded into very early design decision-making. There will be a much stronger focus on embodied carbon, circular economy, climate resilience, communities and people, and operational performance, not just compliance. I also think digital tools, AI and real performance feedback from buildings will play a big role in closing the gap between design intent and actual outcomes.
What’s the best career advice you’ve received?
“No one knows everything, but every single thing can be learned. Stay curious, humble, and open-minded, and growth will naturally follow.”
Outside of work, what hobbies or interests do you enjoy?
Outside of work, I love travelling, playing sports, meditating, spending time outdoors and learning new languages. I’m really into personal development and always looking for ways to grow and improve my quality of life.
