Congratulations to Cbus Property and Mirvac on their outstanding results for their GRESB 2024 submissions. erbas™ SUSTAIN was delighted to be part of their journey. They both achieved substantial ESG management and operational performance.

Cbus Property was named Global Sector Leader for the 2024 GRESB Real Estate Assessment in both the Developments Benchmark and the Standing Investments Benchmark. This is in addition to Regional Sector Leader for Investments (Oceania, Diversified - Office/Retail) and placed 2nd for Developments (Asia- Pacific, Diversified - Office/Residential). 

MIRVAC's Wholesale Office Fund (MWOF) achieved a 5 Star rating with score of 91.
