erbas™ 4.5 year project reaches technical completion

erbas™ 4.5 year project reaches technical completion

erbas™ is so proud to announce that the Clarence Correctional Centre at Grafton has reached technical completion. erbas™ was involved in the mechanical and lift services of the state of the art facility, which has taken almost 4.5 years to complete.

It will be the largest correctional facility in Australia and includes 65 buildings, 95,000 sqm, 1,700 beds with an approximate construction budget of $700 M.

A big congratulations to all parties involved including John Holland Group, The Northern Pathways Consortium, Project Co, Serco and Perumal Pedavoli Architects.
