Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal

Refurbishment works were delivered across three levels of the VCAT King Street premises in Victoria to accommodate new hearing and mediation rooms, along with open-plan office spaces. Each mediation room was carefully designed and documented to meet strict acoustic requirements while integrating with the existing building infrastructure.

The project required the continued operation of adjacent areas and close coordination throughout the concurrent design and construction phases.
