The design draws inspiration from the character of Crows Nest with brick detailing and banding, while prioritising comfort and liveability. Every apartment is cross-ventilated for natural airflow, 90% receive at least two hours of direct winter sunlight, and residents will enjoy a landscaped communal rooftop space.
Sustainability elements include rainwater retention and re-use, energy-efficient lighting and appliances, and water-efficient fixtures.
