Norlane Health and Community Hub Childcare

The project creates a distinctive piece of architecture and cultural infrastructure for the Norlane community and broader City of Greater Geelong region in Victoria. This precinct includes one of the largest dental practices in Geelong, a day surgery/hospital with three operating theatres, a separate medical centre with pharmacy and consulting suites, a gym, café, and a childcare centre.

The project also incorporated a suite of sustainability initiatives that will exceed BCA requirements and achieve equivalent to a 5 Green Star performance.
