We supported the delivery of this multi-level facility, providing 325 secure spaces, bicycle parking, and smarter access for vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians - right next to Kananook Station and the future Frankston Stadium redevelopment site.

Key features include:

  • Two undercover levels and open top deck
  • Smart signage with live car space indicators
  • Dedicated bicycle lobby
  • CCTV throughout for enhanced safety
  • New traffic signals and safer crossings
  • Public art, landscaping, and path upgrades
  • Easy access to roads, parks, and community venues

Community and environmental integration were central to the design. Constructed on commercially zoned land to minimise impact, the car park’s exterior features a flowing visual of nearby Kananook Creek. Beyond daily commuting, the facility supports local events and recreation with the Frankston Stadium project next door.
