With open plan learning and transitional education spaces, the heritage listed, brutalist architectural façades provide a melee of existing services. The challenges included accurately surveying the existing services to determine the reutilisation strategy and replacement methodology best suited to the end user environment. This was achieved using a combination of Point Cloud Survey data and exhaustive investigative prowess.

Stage 1 of the works won the 2019 MBA Excellence in Construction - Adaptive Re-Use Award.

Construction value: $60 million.
