Australia’s largest correctional facility, Clarence Correctional Centre in New South Wales comprises 65 buildings, 95,000 sqm, and 1,700 beds. Education and rehabilitation are at the core of its ethos, with prisoners attending TAFE courses and producing award-winning artworks.


Delivered in collaboration with John Holland Group, The Northern Pathways Consortium, Project Co, Serco, and Pedavoli Architects, the project included mechanical and lift services for the development in Grafton, which took approximately 4.5 years to reach technical completion.
