Prasanth Bhasuru has over 12 years of combined local and international experience as Senior Mechanical Service Modeller and BIM Lead at Consulting and Contracting Engineering space, in designing of Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems. His experience covers various stages of the project starting from Concept stage, Design development, Tender, and Construction.

Instrumental in setting up Revit models, Revit templates, content management (Families), coordinated floor plans, ceiling plans, modelling various plant rooms, section, Risers, preparing equipment schedules from Revit, and providing support to field people with ongoing construction queries. Understanding and fine-tuning Revit models to suit project BIM plan for various LOD standards varying from LOD 300 to LOD 500. 

Conversant in doing Clash detection within project tolerances, clash coordination in Navisworks and resolving them and deliver clash free models.

Achieved <5% discrepancy in dROFUS on Westmead refurbishment project.

He possesses a good team spirit, an excellent work ethic and the ability to produce detailed technical specifications to meet client requirements.
