The project encompassed a 6,000 m2 fitout for a three storey heritage building at Ultimo with high ceilings.

This building was built in 1891 and became one of the first technical colleges in NSW. The scope of works included stripping out all services and the provision of new services to preserve the heritage value while being mindful of the current needs from the space.
